In just over two years, Yousif and Balsam Al-Bazz at Stanwood Post Office/WHS Local on Stannington Road have collected well on the way to £100 for Stannington’s volunteer-led library. “We are really happy that Yousif and Balsam keep a collecting box in their shop for us,” said library volunteer Bob Mynors. “The small change people drop in there means big gains for the library, and it all helps us carry on our work.”
